Manage your Screenzzie subscription, update payment methods, and access invoices.

Only organization Owners can access billing settings.

Free Trial

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial.

The trial includes full Growth plan features so you can experience all capabilities before subscribing.

Trial Features

During the trial you have access to:

  • Sequences (Growth feature)
  • Schedules (Growth feature)
  • All overlays and zones
  • Canva integration

After Trial Ends

When your trial expires without subscribing:

  • Dashboard access is blocked (billing page only)
  • Screen players show an expiration watermark
  • Your data is preserved and restored when you subscribe

Viewing Your Plan

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. See current plan and status
  3. View active screen count
  4. Check billing cycle dates

Upgrading Plans

To upgrade from Business to Growth:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Review new features
  4. Confirm upgrade
  5. Access new features immediately

Upgrade billing:

  • Prorated for current cycle
  • New rate on next renewal

Downgrading Plans

To downgrade from Growth to Business:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select Business
  4. Review limitations
  5. Confirm downgrade

Downgrading disables Sequences and Schedules. Existing schedules stop running but aren't deleted.

Downgrade takes effect at next billing cycle.

Managing Screens

Your bill is based on active screen count:

Adding Screens

New screens are added to your next invoice at the prorated rate.

Removing Screens

  1. Delete or unpair screens
  2. Bill adjusts at next cycle
  3. No refunds for mid-cycle removals

Payment Methods

Adding Payment Method

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Payment Methods
  3. Click Add Payment Method
  4. Enter card details
  5. Save

Supported Methods

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Debit cards
  • SEPA Direct Debit (EU)

Changing Default

  1. Go to Payment Methods
  2. Click Set as Default on preferred method
  3. Future charges use this method

Removing Payment Method

  1. Set a different default first
  2. Click Remove on old method
  3. Cannot remove if only method

Invoices

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Invoices
  3. See history of all charges

Downloading Invoices

  1. Find the invoice
  2. Click Download PDF
  3. Use for expense reports or accounting

Invoice Details

Each invoice shows:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Screen count
  • Plan and rate
  • Total amount
  • Payment status

Billing Information

Updating Company Info

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Billing Information
  3. Update company name, address, VAT
  4. Save changes
  5. Reflected on future invoices

VAT/Tax ID

EU businesses can add VAT number:

  1. Enter VAT ID in billing info
  2. We validate the number
  3. Reverse charge applied if valid

Canceling Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Select reason (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Access continues until period ends
  • Screens go offline after
  • Data retained for 30 days
  • Can reactivate anytime

Failed Payments

If payment fails:

  1. You receive email notification
  2. We retry automatically (3 attempts)
  3. Update payment method if needed
  4. Service continues during grace period (3 days)

After the grace period ends with failed payments, screens go offline with an expiration watermark. Update payment to restore service.
