Sequences Overview
Sequences let you organize multiple playlists into an ordered list that plays continuously. Each playlist plays in order by position, then the sequence loops back to the beginning.
What is a Sequence?
A sequence is an ordered collection of playlists that play one after another:

When the last playlist finishes, the sequence loops back to position 1 and continues playing.
How Sequences Work
- Create playlists with your content
- Build a sequence by adding playlists in order
- Assign to screens or groups
- Content plays continuously through all playlists

Playback Order
Playlists in a sequence play by position:
- Position 0 plays first (all items in that playlist)
- Position 1 plays next (all items in that playlist)
- Continue through all positions
- Loop back to position 0 when complete
Each playlist plays completely through all its items before moving to the next playlist in the sequence.
Total Duration
The sequence detail view shows the total duration across all playlists. This helps you understand how long one complete loop takes.
Workspace Sharing
Sequences can be shared across all workspaces in your organization:
- Workspace-specific: Only visible in the assigned workspace
- Shared: Available in all workspaces (check "Share across all workspaces" when creating)
