Item Settings

Each item can be configured with:

  • Duration - How long to display the item (in seconds)

For media items, the minimum duration is 1 second. For website items, the minimum duration is 5 seconds and maximum is 3600 seconds (1 hour).

Assigning Playlists

Playlists can be assigned to:

  • Individual screens
  • Screen groups
  • Screen zones
  • Sequences (for scheduling)

Best Practices

  • Create purpose-specific playlists (e.g., "Morning Announcements", "Product Showcase")
  • Keep playlists under 20 items for easier management
  • Balance video and image content
  • Test playlists on a screen before deploying to all displays
  • Use descriptive names for easy identification
